“Putting Workplaces in the Picture” aims to help employers and staff understand issues that may occur at work place social functions. The resource has been designed to be confrontational, interactive and user-friendly to give employers and their staff the confidence to successfully deal with potential unsafe situations. Examples of these types of matters addressed in the new resource will be: imagery on mobile phones, sexual harrassment, drugs and alcohol in the workplace and the crippling impact that these issues can have on a business.
